The virus didn't have the ability to send the planet into oblivion with the pushing of a few buttons by a misunderstanding - this does.
Failing that, the price of gas, oil and electricity will kill many by itself.

The media exists to turn everything into a major drama in order to sell clickbait and newspapers etc. Talks are well underway to stop Ukraine joining NATO which was what the USA and Russia had already agreed in a previous treaty and the ambassador to the UK has said will happen. Our so called leaders love all this drama in the media as it allows them to claim credit for defusing the situation and averting war, but Russia it just using gun boat diplomacy as countless other countries have previously. |

Putin gets the chance to show himself to the Russians as a tough guy who stood up to the west, Boris, Biden Macron and and all the rest will claim credit for averting war. |
