I'm not sure Russia has the stomach for a prolonged guerilla war with a country of 40 million people, they still like the USA have bad memories from Afghanistan..
Hopefully diplomacy will prevail.. |

Of course russia would tell there opponents a week in advance there gonna invade  all vlad has to do is keep his troops on the border inside his own country and the western leaders will keep panicing |

I dunno. They are pretty good at counter-insurgency now. Certain groups in the FSB/GRU are quite specilised at it and will not play as nice as their western counter parts
Plus large minorities depending on region would be fine being under Russian influence. so they wouldnt be fighting the whole population
Afghanistan is a different kettle of fish imo

Exactly what i said last week mate china will use putin as a distraction to get Taiwan.I expect it to happen after the Olympics but i hope i am wrong, dangerous times.
Putin moved his £72 mil yacht from Germany the other day i guess to stop it getting impounded when he kicks off. |

Still think this is a non story,
Poor Biden had to talk to shifty Boris on Friday, if we have to listen to his Bullcrap on a regular basis, now he is exporting it further afield.
Again, Sabres are rattling on all sides, and if something were to happen, its not Shifty Boris or Sleepy Joe, or Lazy Putin, who would be leading the charge in the theatre of War, it would be ordinary people who would be fighting. So let it go. |
