According to the sun he has been speaking to or approached young girls while out walking! But this is the SUN  so take with a pinch of salt.
I’m pretty sure part of his parole is that he not interact with young females and so any suspicion of breaking rules would have seen him back to prison for re evaluation.
Basically the rest of his life is monitored and he can only interact with authorised people even when out walking.
To be honest he might have been better off staying in an open prison if these still exist where he can live out his life gardening and keeping chickens  |

The person/people who judged him to no longer be a danger to the public should be under investigation as their judgement is clearly flawed. Must be more accountability for these decisions |

Maybe but that’s the way the uk is or would you rather be under some of the regimes that some are forced to live under ?
At least people like that would be putting something back into society instead of just being a drain on it.

It appears that The SUN was correct on this one.
He is institutionalised, he'll either be doing it to get gratification or to get back inside as the world moved on since he was locked up.
I just hope that they don't let him out again for someones daughter to pay the price of his freedom. |
