So poland are now going to build a wall along the boarder with Belarus and have just passed a pushback law so they can deport anyone found crossing illegally without giving the chance to claim asylum.
The question is what will the eu do about this ? |

As it's not a wall between EU countries, I expect they don't have to do much, it's not as if it's a self imposed border in the same country |

Seems Poland having a bit of a turbulent time what with this migration and the judge's not keen on EU courts being over their own |

It’s not the judges it’s the leader who’s appointed the politically sympathetic judges like they have in the states. Boris and co would like to have political control over the courts it seems to stifle our free thinking judiciary.
Step one no holding government to account by making it illegal for organisations to sue the government to reveal deals. PPE being the prime example. Still mostly secret despite promises to publish.
. Step two shut down critical press with threats of jail for revealing corrupt or bad government under official secrets act.
Step three appoint the new justice minister (who is supposed to keep government in check) and make sure it’s the deputy prime minister so that’s a tick box for judicial interference. Certainly not holding this shambolic bunch of thieves to account. .
We need to look at our own government before we point at others. |

Yes the leader appointed them but I thought it was the judge's that ruled that EU law is not compatible with Poland's law. Might not be the best words but think that's the base of the subject. Either way it's another thing that Poland appear at odds with the EU |

"Poland a wall, Hungary have had razor wire for years! Greeks throwing them back in the water.... eu members are so naughty! Why the fuck are they checking sausages "
Also, Italians turning away migrant boats and refusing to aid craft.
EU checking sausages, that is because they are not EU sausages. |
