Not bad in theory but anonymous reporting is shit. It doesn't stop people from 'spam reporting' just because they're dicks.

Also, I'd add that in our town, we all know where the hotspot for attacks on women and girls is, still the police don't patrol it often enough

Anything reliant on money being spent at present is doomed to failure.

Will councils be forced to install lighting? They are struggling to do the basics at present.
