Single guy in Plymouth reckons that he can't get fucked.
Well, he's sure fucked now.
This is what is wrong with modern western society.
We are hell bent on releasing special needs people into society without providing their special needs attention. Family structures of mum n dad are are completely broken, partly thanks to the ease of divorce. Vitriol and hatred are not immediately slapped down, they become long term research projects. The police are only effective at controlling a very narrow band of criminality. The old English freedom of "Innocent until proven guilty" is fast becoming replaced by "burden of proof of innocence". |

"Compliments of the tories.
Indeed. Every sort of treatment is harder to access. "
Yes, an array of decisions by the govt.
Cuts in policing, mental health, poverty, social services, and question for the police in why he had access to a shotgun and licence, i thought a legit reason for holding a shotgun was needed, eg farmers, gamekeepers etc, not a town dweller as far as i understand

All the cuts you refer to have been going on way before this Tory govt. And as for the police, they would have been guided by medical advice as to his mental state. Why is it common policy these days to try and blame the police for everything? |

No, they haven’t. The cuts in public services were an ideological choice by the Tories and did not start prior to 2010. |

He has been groomed into thinking the way he did so maybe look at who did the grooming, also the Pratt who gave him the licence and gun back needs to be investigated as let’s face it he had no real reason for owning a gun.

There have been social services scandals and cock ups as far back as I can remember. The lack of funding has always been an excuse.
These killings are not the fault of the government. They didn't pull the trigger. |
