After all the awful things Johnson and Patel have done, wouldn't it be ironic if a bunch of footballers brought them down?

They didn't support the players taking the knee I'm guessing.

Quite how these footballers will 'bring them down' is anyone's guess.

Ok then so if all Conservative voters are racist why would they vote for a party that has

Rishi Sunak as Chancellor

Priti Patel as Home Secretary

Said Javid as Heath & Social Care Secretary

Kwasi Kwarteng as Buisness Secretary

Alok Sharma as COP26 President

Calico said it initially. In fairness to him he didn't say all.

A question was then asked about all Tory voters being racist and your answer was 'QUITE'.

Are we gonna have another one of those discussions where you now go round in circles and I struggle to understand the English language?

If so, don't bother because I can't be arsed with it.

Right.

So you claimed at least 2 people have said all Tory are racists.. and when you have been pulled up on the total inaccuracy of this claim, you don't want to discuss it further?

I’m sure most parties have racist supporters. Both main parties are currently engulfed in one issue or another.

I prefer the Avenue Q approach to racism. And that is everyone is a little bit racist/prejudice. Painful reading for some I bet.

I have said many times on fabs that every single human being is prejudiced, we are hard wired to be that way ie wary of strangers.

The hilarious part is all the self proclaimed " non racist tolerant " people are the least tolerant of the lot, they just see it.

When the Islamaphobia report was published, there was 1,yes 1 thread with many of the usual suspects keeping quiet.

I think that tells you all you need to know about the attitudes to racism in here.

Funny that. I've just searched Islamophobia and see at least 6 threads with that very word in the title.

If you're gonna lie, at least make sure it's not easily found out

Can you link them?

I could but I'm not going to.

Search the forum and you'll see them.

Granted, I didn't read them but that very word was in the title

I'll give you 1 last chance.. you are 100% on that are you?

Yeah I'm perfectly happy that there are at least half a dozen 'islamophobia' thread titles."

See above.

There are 4.

"They are 12 points ahead as of today. I’m not sure it will have a long term impact.

That just indicates they're supported by racists

Are you claiming all Conservative voters are racist?

Quite

Are there many Tory anti racist groups around I can have a read up on?

Cheers

Ok then so if all Conservative voters are racist why would they vote for a party that has

Rishi Sunak as Chancellor

Priti Patel as Home Secretary

Said Javid as Heath & Social Care Secretary

Kwasi Kwarteng as Buisness Secretary

Alok Sharma as COP26 President

Plus a number of other MP's from various backgrounds?

Prime minister chooses his cabinet… no one else!

I think the point is you don’t leave a can of petrol outside a meeting of pyromaniac anonymous, and then get to complain about the fires….

I am glad the football players called them out for being hypocritical… as with one well known poster here, you don’t get the throw a Molotov cocktail and then feign innocent by walking away from the carnage it caused

Each of the listed MP above were voted into parliament by Conservative voters.

How could of that happen if all Conservative voters are racist?

The simple answer is they are not.

I take it you never found any Tory anti racist groups?"

"Lots of people switched from Labour to Tory at the last election. Did they become racist at that point. Will they be non racist once they vote Labour again. Or is it more accurate to say that there are racists in all walks of life regardless of which party they vote for

All I'm saying is they don't seem to mind supporting a party with racist tendencies

You do realise you are inviting the inevitable but what about labour shouts arent you?

There's still more than 6. Even if they do predate the report.

Just as there's a few Anti-Semitic ones. Which also predate that report.

Are you claiming all Conservative voters are racist?

If tories are still popular after the latest round of antics, then what do you think?!

Why don't you just answer the question. It's a simple yes or no."

If you can read properly, where did i say voters?!

Those supporting the government in Opinion polls

Including those who turn a blind eye to racist attitudes to still support a cabinet that has displayed racist tendencies then the only conclusion is yes

Are you saying 100% of them are not racist?

I think its physically impossible to say the word racist and tory on here with someone indulging in classic whatabouttery rather than actually defending their racist leader.

I don't understand why a anti racist group needs to be political?

Surely being anti racist shouldn't need to bring politics into the debate?

Am I missing something?

I've voted red and blue at different general elections, does that means I would have to support different anti racist views depending who I vote for?

100% of those showing support for this cabinet in opinion polls either don't care or have racist thoughts.

Johnson also wrote about Africa: "The problem is not that we were once in charge, but that we are not in charge any more."

And speaking about muslim women: "it is absolutely ridiculous that people should choose to go around looking like letter boxes."

And he wrote: "To any non-Muslim reader of the Koran, Islamophobia — fear of Islam — seems a natural reaction, and, indeed, exactly what that text is intended to provoke."

And in the wake of London b*mbings he said: "Islam in the problem."

But he's not racist, eh?

Obvs that report which found widespread levels of Islamaphobia in the conservative gmnt and specifically singled out Johnsons comments.
