'Sir Keir Starmer has declared "Labour is back" after the party held on at the Batley and Spen by-election.
The Labour leader headed to the West Yorkshire constituency to celebrate Kim Leadbeater's narrow 323-vote win.'

"I quite enjoyed George Galloways interview with the BBC. It was hilarious you could clearly see the reporters leanings. Gave him a chance to display his monstrous ego. " Actually that was funny i forgot about that. |

Didn't he say he was taking the results to Court? Who for lol. At 8thousand votes there really wasn't much argument lol. Maybe he's been talking with Trump? |

"now failed journalist Andrew Neil crawling off into obscurity to lick his wounds following the embarrassing collapse of any kind of interest in his gratuitously bigoted news channel."
And a welsh programme about dogs getting 8 times as many viewers |

And that he declared it was a fantastic result.
Maybe only in that it shuts up his dissenters for a while |

The poor loyal viewers will now have to go back to getting angry about what the daily mail tells them. |

You’ve never watched it have you….
The grilling and pressurised scrutiny the chancellor received in the recent interview with Neil was excellent.. |

"it came across as neil being on message for the chancellor and not by coincidence ... which also appears to fit very snuggly with your usual narrative. so no surprise that you aprove in fairness."
When was the last time you watched the chancellor being grilled by an interviewer with the level of detail and understanding of the subject that was displayed in the Neil interview.?

I find it refreshing where no one is showing false anger and they actually have a discussion with the likes of paul Embury the trade union activist to get all sides views. |

"Is woke watch still on?
Who has replaced Andrew Neil?
Bungle and zippy?
Unfortunately bungle and zippy are far too ‘woke’ for GB news
I think they wanted with a bit of credibility."
They won’t get anyone who has credibility, they will probably get Tommy Robinson or Katie Hopkins |

I saw a clip of that on YouTube, Paul Embery is always worth a watch
And Andrew Neil had said that once the channel was up and running he'd be taking a break |

I'm not keen on Galloway but he certainly made the 'journalist' squirm when he asked her why the interview had turned into a party political broadcast for the Labour party |

I couldn't care less about GB News. Did either of you add anything to the thread by your petty GB News bashing?
No you didn't, hence I feel you're attempting to derail. It happens on most threads here |

It’s ok to laugh at Kier Starmer but a big no no to laugh at Andrew Neil and GB news, it’s all a bit ‘snowflakey’ |

I have said nothing against Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, Tories as a whole, the original GB news comment
Where did I say you need a guide? You both know exactly what you do, or maybe you don't. Maybe the hatred for anything that doesn't suit you is so much so that you're blind to it.
This is supposed to be a grown up forum, maybe you should start acting like grown ups |

A couple of things have made me laugh this week.
Following the Prime Ministers announcement about the further easing of restrictions, the opposition leader, Keith Stammer then demanded an end to restrictions - which Boris had literally just announced.
Then today, Labour have come out suggesting that the easing of restrictions could lead to a summer of chaos.
The only chaos I can see right now is what is left of the UK Labour Party.
What an utter shambles.

It’s not a funny. But I have been looking at the disturbing reports of Islamaphobia within the party. I expect it from the other guys but Labour really are in a shambles at the moment. The cloud of anti semitism was bad enough. |

And then being given dozens of double-barrelled premier league footballers' names... |
