I make 50 per cent of 70 percent 33 per cent And the list vote will finish it Now go and sort our education and our drugs problem and let us go on holiday Or collaborate with your green pals and we can all turn into women and retire earlier |

"Indeed how long in power and we’ve gone from 9th to 19th on education there main priority and oops sorry never saw the drug problem "
I'm genuinely curious what your point is.
Some percentages that don't add up, something about turning into a woman and retiring early.
It's like a puzzle. |

Was there ever a doubt about that though ?
Not really a brag when the other parties are useless too.
At least we will never hear you brag about an independent Scotland. You can talk and bluster and bluff your way through your hopes and aspirations but the reality is , it will never happen. |

Lmao , I'm not in any kind of rage whatsoever. Snp win was never in doubt so nothing to get angry about , simple.
I'm also comfortable in my knowledge that the majority of Scots will not vote for independence. Happy to have the snp in charge and also happy to trust the Scottish people on the important issues in Scotland. Simple. |

So according to the BBC, a 7000 majority was a "stongking majority and a comfortable hold for the Tories" But a 9000 majority for Oor Nicola was her "managing to hold on"

Do you base your opinions on this kind of ridiculous made up misinformation?
Would you not prefer to spend five minutes actually reading what's in the green manifesto?
You must realise why people will ridicule your opinions? |

"There are a total of 129 seats in Holyrood, meaning any one party needs 65 to secure a majority."
Indeed, the PR system is designed to prevent an overall majority. The SNP “broke” the system in 2011 by winning an overall majority.
You have MSP’s like Annie wells having a seat with only circa 2000+ votes

So it is on a knife edge then? In terms of the SNP getting the majority.
Imagine the BBC actually reporting correctly and people ridiculing them for it |

Just so we're clear. You hate the SNP based on a Green Party statement to promote equal protection under law for intersex people. And you're suggesting that other people on this thread are stupid.

How is a pro indy majority guaranteed on a knife edge ?
The knife edge refers to the media and crazy yoons portraying a system designed to prevent a overall majority as failure. |

I think you're mistaken on what I'm saying. SP doesn't have the power to legislate for a referendum.
There is ways to do it and that is through the courts. I say go for it if that's what she wants, however, when she loses, she have to step down because that position will become untenable |

Sturgeon knows it is too early but this is her last chance. If she calls indy2 and Boris caves. She will be a hostage to fortune. It is far too close to call, the economics are not good . She needs to have a full blown recovery on the go first.
The economy will pick up in all parts of the UK due to the low starting level. But she has different problems with the hardliners pulling her one way and the Greens wanting policy which will hold the economy back. She also knows the Greens are not that bothered about independance. It is a useful lever for them to pull and garner support in elections. So interesting times....I wonder if Boris will gamble on her cautious nature ?...BTW i think she is right to hold off it will be dirty and she may not survive if her ongoing problems come home to roost |

Would also suggest that when the delayed OECD report on the state of Scottish Education is released that may bring the competency of the SNP/Greens sharply in to focus.
All UK Gov need to do is directly invest, invest and invest some more in specific Scottish projects, from Westminster, and for sure the electorate will feel somewhat jaded about allowing the fantasists a sniff of their idealistic nonsense ..
