There's no real comparison in the two and who their bosses were and are, Blair for all his faults over several years did the work to get to a point where he won three elections..
Boris won't win two if he's still there that is, he's chaotic to say the least and Cummings really was the brains behind everything Boris did since 2016..
Also whilst Campbell may not agree with some of what Blair did in the time they governed he kept schtumm in that time, this is a massive fall out and that Boris allowed his fiance to dictate and get rid of Cummings says much about Boris's lack of forethought .. |

There's no real comparison in the two and who their bosses were and are, Blair for all his faults over several years did the work to get to a point where he won three elections..
Boris won't win two if he's still there that is, he's chaotic to say the least and Cummings really was the brains behind everything Boris did since 2016..
Also whilst Campbell may not agree with some of what Blair did in the time they governed he kept schtumm in that time, this is a massive fall out and that Boris allowed his fiance to dictate and get rid of Cummings says much about Boris's lack of forethought .."
First of all Boris is dictated to by Cummings, now it's by his fiancée. I can understand Cummings as he was an advisor and that's his job.
So given all that has been said, it's not Boris fault, whom everyone is blaming but first Cummings and now his fiancée. So why blame Boris? |

Any country with an iota of integrity would have jettisoned him after the accuri affair.

. Unless you believe that support for other parties has increased dramatically, it is still relevant as it is the most recent beyond all manner of doubt public opinion of the Conservative party.
I never pass judgement on a few minor complaint , the only result that ever counts is that which is returned on the day of the election.
Maybe instead of criticising Boris , indicate how any other party would perform better and explain why they are unable to achieve electoral success .
Everyone is entitled to an opinion , it is turning opinions into results that count. |

Pat the election result and majority etc are old news the day after and the focus has to be on the next time but at present Boris looks to be self harming the parties chances and those elected now and the party heirarchy will be concerned.. |

Right got you, i believe everyone has a right to their own opinion. I dont think Boris is incompetent and overall has handled the pandemic pretty well, does he lack integrity? i don't know him personally so im not able to comment on that. |

Very true but Boris is foolish to get on the wrong side of Cummings.
Cummings has probably got a lot of dirt to dish not only on Boris but also the rest of the cabinet .
Cummings will love this attention and he will have no qualms about brining Boris and the government down.
Boris needs to make peace with him and quickly- otherwise he will find himself in trouble. |
