"Please tell us what it is and not give links"

The fastest internet connection that there currently is available.

The project is to get all of the UK connected to it.

In Project Level-UP the Government have chosen areas of most need to roll it out to first.

Ofcom has also decided not to impose price caps on full fibre connections which is great for ISPs but maybe not so great for consumers.

They will if it's generally felt that the price structure is too high.

"because cambridge needs levelling up"

Cambridge 'was' part of the initial private investor's rollout for the whole country. And as such it's already been running for two years.

And that was 2 years before the current level up plan was in place for those areas of most need.

It only took us 6 months to turn it around since the Autumn International though! We were a bit lucky in quite a few games though - Ireland & Scotland

I dont think you can rely on only playing 14 men every time though or having a nice french ref on your side.

I can’t even argue the ref was rubbish as he was the best I’ve seen for ages - we through it away sadly

yep, but the best ive seen wales play for a long time.I think the problem with England is too many sarries players and since the relegation a lack of game time leading to a lack of competitive games and giving away too many penalties.
