In the UK any crime victim who dies during the course of crime will usually mean that the perpetrator will be charged with manslaughter or murder a year and one day from that crime.
I don't know how how that translates into American Law. But perhaps it has relevance.

Sorry this is all just part of the campaign to diminish the events of January 6. Senator Ron Johnson was doing his part recently by questioning facts all with the intention of downplaying the actions and events.
Expect more as there will be a commission into investigating the events of the day. |

So you who wasn't there arent even in the same country as the riot know what is "fact" and question the intentions of the authorities in trying to find what is actually true. |

There needs to be a investigation not a rush to prosecute. Liberal paper detracts story used in a impeachment. How you think people are looking at This. |

There's been a number of opinions emanating from right wing sources of which the author of this piece is definitely one. All these opinion generally have the same intent, to diminish and cast doubt on the the events of the day. I fully support a high level commission to investigate the day and what lead to it. |
