People have come through stressfull situations since the dawn of mankind.

They have suffered but recovered long before we starting helping people with stressfull mental problems.

Do you think after the first and second world wars there was not a lot of stress suffered but we got on with life and became stronger.

I believe we should tell most to get a grip,I am having problems now and I guess most of you are but we will get through it better than those seeking help in drugs drink and social workers etc.

As someone who has had roblems like most of us I just have to get on with life.Stress and anxiety exist for every generation so this quotation is good well said Alan Moore must look him up.He is more polite than me
