England is in charge and a lot of people in Scotland, N Ireland and increasingly Wales see a different future. Laws made in England should not prevent another country doing what it wants to do.

England is in charge and a lot of people in Scotland, N Ireland and increasingly Wales see a different future. Laws made in England should not prevent another country doing what it wants to do.
The United Kingdom was in a partnership of equals within the EU and did not need permission to leave. It’s going to be a tough call to recant the Brexit arguments made in support of the U.K. leaving the EU as a means of dissuading the Scots from leaving an unequal union.
