Just after the impeachment, President Trump has just posted a teleprompter video in which he calls for peace and says he's "shocked and saddened by the calamity of last week" and calls for unity. Once again, he makes it sound like a hostage video. |

Of that there is no doubt.
He tried to make peace with North Korea, sorted the trade deal with China.
He took on areas of the middle East without fear of reprisal.
However, he made a fatal error that sparked a chain reaction leading to his downfall.
He took the press on.

And given corporate donors are distancing themselves or even asking for donations to be returned... I wonder if even most of the fuckwits will follow the money.
And I bet some Republicans, even ones who sympathise with him, are considering future career prospects over principles. |

I'm not defending Trump in the slightest. He's done some stupid stuff and made ridiculous statements, but going to war with the press was always going to cause division where people take sides.

He got Iran enriching uranium again so they can make a nuclear bomb. What good things do you think he has done in the Middle East?

I listened to every speech from every rally since 2015,and was there seeing first hand how he brought the haters out from their Basements and gave them the flag to stand behind in public, I called his win months before when Bernie stepped down as it was obvious that Americans hated Clinton, so with that being said, Are you are licking the same windows that his mad red cap cult are?? You must be if you believe he does /did not promote violence,
2015 alone at least 5 rallies he is on tape calling for people to (knock the crap out of them)as opposition were being removed from his rallies, I'll pay for the legal fees on one occasion,
Couldn't condemn those at Charloteville, refused to condemn the failed kid-napp attempt on the MA Governor, fed the crowd exactly what they wanted to hear on the 6th knowing full well that Alex Jones and the likes had them buzzing from 5pm the evening before, refused to call in the national guard when shit got real later,

He says the election was stolen and yet has not provided one tiny little bit of evidence to back that up. He doesn't even think evidence matters. Many Republicans have clearly stated it wasn't stolen. He only says it because it's convenient for him. It suits his purposes of refusing to admit he is wrong or that he lost, and it's great for whipping up his worshipping supporters into a frenzy, and we saw on the 6th how dangerous that is.
As for BLM, they called for change They never tried to overturn democracy itself and install a dictator in the White House. |

antifa did appear due to Trump, but has been around for years. It was started by the CCCP, in their POW camps. The basis of this was then pushed out to marxist groups around the world.
The idea of equality is admirable, but will never happen as the binman, pelosi and silicon vally have demonstrated. blm is historically a marxists trained organisation as stated by their co-founder Patrisse Cullors in 2015 (do try doing some research!).
The speaches by Trump I was refering to were concerning the recent rally in DC. The democrats, (I do think they should now change their name and be open about what they really are), had a similar rally after Trump was elected. They were just not ushered into congress by men in uniform (look at the video clips before saying anything please!).
Debate has been lost in this, and many countries around the world by people with limited knowledge trying to shout down anyone who does not follow the agenda. |

I think it’ll all boil down to what the main herd leaders decide to do - which will be based on their electorate, big businesses and their future careers. I think there’d need to be a further shift against Trump from the ‘average’ republican (though God only knows what one of those is) and from all or most of Corporate America. Very few will base their decision on love/loyalty for team Trump. Impeachment is only a certainty if those who support Trump think they’ll be committing political suicide by supporting him.
I think many Americans would settle for the certainty that he’d never be able to run for a political post again. |

If it weren't for covid Trump would have most likely won a second term as prior to this the economy was strong and he was well ahead in the polls.
After Trump had recovered from covid he said the virus was a gift from God, and that's the only thing I've ever heard him say that I totally agree with.
Thank God for covid and sparing the world 4 more years of his malignant influence. |

Sadly it seems yet again it was a choice of the 'best of the worst' to lead the country.
Hopefully Biden learnt a thing or two from Obama, if not the USA is just going to fade to gray just like Biden.
