I think this too. Of course, certain media outlets in the UK will make this out as a victory in a war against the enemy. The Brexiters will celebrate but they won't actually understand what they are celebrating until they have to queue with their brand new blue passports at the airport in Alicante en-route to their 1 euro pints, happy hours and full english breakfast. The Germans will "jump" the queues whilst the Brexiters scratch their heads and complain about the bloody foreigners.

Obviously someone who's never been to Alicante Airport. New biometric passport checking stations have been installed and had to be used anyway so the UK being in or out of the EU doesn't make an ounce of difference

Same.

After all Boris's deal is only slightly less shit than a no deal.

I think we will end up with no deal. I don't think Boris gives enough of a fuck to make it happen.

I said on a thread about a week ago he acts like he is as thick as fuck and he has the eu believing he doesn't give a toss one way or the other. All negotiations are a game of poker and he is playing the part well.

This late in the day it can only be a last minute deal if any. I think a deal but a fudged one to keep things going. Kicking the can down the road sort of thing

Sneak up on them when there back is turned , Don’t let them know what your thinking type stuff eh

I can just see it now Boris parades triumphantly down the mall , piece of paper held aloft in his hand , the newsreel commentators voice above the cheering crowd .. “ By Jove he’s done it , just when you thought there was no hope left prime minister nips round the back and gets a deal done ! Barnier will be kicking himself tonight for letting that one slip through his fingers .. “ ..

Bojo will manage to negotiate a deal that is even worse than no deal. I don't know quite how he does it, but every round of talks he manages to make the UK position even worse, gives up more to get back less, and convinces all the muppets here that he's brilliant.

My guess is that we will end up paying to let the french have a larger share of the fishing than they did before, having a one way free movement arrangement with india (that's indians freely coming here, while we can only have a limited stay there), taking in every single person from hong kong, giving the EU full access to all our security information but not being able to see jack shit of theirs... And it will be announced as a triumph, that we have won our freedom and that sovereignty is worth having given up everything.

Doesn’t sound like we will have much control of our borders, I don’t think the likes of UKIP will be happy with that outcome

Nope not racist in the slightest. I'm actually quite pleased that the end result will be to open the floodgates. Especially as it will drive many of the leave voters absolutely crazy

The UK hasn't got into this position because of stupidity, not even M&S stupidity. This is weapons grade industrial strength not available in the shops stupidity. I don't think humanity has created the words to articulate this level of idiocy.
