Announced today a new trading agreement between 15 countries in Asia.
The block includes China, South Korea Japan New Zealand and Australia. India has a place reserved but won’t join just yet . Yes Australia and New Zealand. I can almost hear the colonialists spitting their Pimms out as they read!
It’s called The Regional Economic Partnership.
The plan is to eventually align tariffs and manufacturing standards .China the second biggest economy in the world thinks it’s a good thing to be part of the group. Their desired aim is to replicate the free trade and alignment of goods similar to the EU. Manufacturing alignment agreements are already in place so a level playing field is starting.
The two predicted biggest winners at first will be South Korea and Japan due to opening access to markets.
The countries involved account for 30% of world trade and this deal is expected to benefit the group by £200Billion in immediate savings and increased sales.
China will dominate in size until India joins but not dictate as they don’t out gun the others.
So now we have
North American Free trade group
South America free trade group
Trans pacific group ( more political)
African continental Free trade area.
The EU
It’s ok don’t worry because we’ve done deals with the Faroe isles and Samoa oh yes and Japan which will help us get cheaper car parts if we hang on to Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover. Yes I know we’ve also done deals with the top 20 smallest economies in the world which the government can exaggerate about.
Why does anyone think our little country is going to have a say in the world order? We account for 2% of world trade and falling. If we don’t sort a deal with the EU we are excluded from every party.
We’re turning away from trade groups that the rest of the world are embracing. Do you really think we are right and they are all wrong.?
What are we doing to our children’s future ?
Feel free to argue amongst yourselves as I’m not going to answer any replies on this post. Today my post about corrupt practices in the government became a discussion on the terminology for insider trading and position taking in shares along with auditing practices and building companies poor credit control simply because no one could defend the initial post criticising the Government.
So I’m making this post a statement and sharing this fact of a massive trading group aiming to follow the EU’s format.
Enjoy.

following the eu,s format that is unless you have information that a free trade agreement is then going to turn into having presidents and a parliament a bit like when we joined a common market. They are free trade agreements not unions. |

"Nice idea but you only have to look at how the Chinese are playing games with Australia over coal beef and other imports to see its never going to work. China just won't play by the rules. "
China is the only country this year with projected GDP growth. How do you influence other countries economies without starting a war ? Biological warfare. Ironic isn't it. |

Many countries like the idea of free trading including the UK but not so keen on extra parliaments, presidents and massive contributions ect. The trans Pacific is another huge one and similar size to the EU |

It would have helped if the British Government had taken the EU seriously over the past 30 years. Ending up with Farage representing us shows how little the Govt cared about what happened. If we had instead put some effort in, we could have influenced direction a great deal better. This clusterfuck is entirely a British problem and we are going to have to live with the negative consequences. Brexit is a crap outcome and being outside of trading groups will only make it worse.
Bollox to Brexit, even though we have to live with the consequences... |

Well I waited and true to form the pro Brexit lobby acted as I suspected.
Lots of anti Euro, anti free movement and not wanting foreigners to have a say.
The Johnny Foreigner bits make me laugh when you realise that a number of the cabinet have parents of foreign Origen.
Alok Sharma India
Pretti Patel India via Uganda
Rishi Sunak - parents born in Tanzania and Kenya . Origins a Indian
Dominic Raab Czech Republic
Suella Braverman - Kenya Mauritius
Oh and a little further back but still relevant to Nationalistic views.
The Queen - German
Prince Philip - Greek
Should we kick them out like the Nurses that are leaving oh and the truck drivers? These people above are from one generation back remember and you are against immigration but support the above cabinet 100% Far too many of them bloody foreigners working here and paying tax the smelly buggers.
Interestingly not one comment or question on why would the fastest growing economies in the world believe it’s such a great idea to follow the EU. What would posses them to think that’s it’s a good future and would help development.
We have people who actually think the U.K. standing alone will have a say in world trade. You have got to be having a laugh. We are becoming less and less relevant by the day.
We needed to fix our class dominated society and encourage a much better education system to start with. Ask yourself why one school Eton produces so many prime ministers. These guys are not geniuses they have a path cleared for them. Have you ever wondered who that is clearing the path? Seriously think about it.
Then we need to attack the privileged corruption that is our parliament and especially the underhand gravy train of favours.
Brexiteers complain about lack of say in Europe but allow 1100 unelected partially senile and friends of friends stand in the lords taking a daily allowance plus expenses and trips for nothing. What sort of democratic process is that.
We needed to fix our own country before we pressed the blame Europe button. I think there’s lots wrong with the lower end of society too but without education we will never fix those massive problems.
Feel free to pic any of the comments to deride if you have a way to twist the post I don’t care.
The principal of head in the sand while the world moves on is becoming clearer to the rest of the world.
Our friends in Europe think we’ve lost the plot. But they don’t have the extremes of privilege and class dragging them down along with our heavily biased media so they can’t see the bullshit we are fed daily.
Good job you all know your place. You better get used to being kept in it for a long time yet. Ha ha
Just read the Mail and Express they’ll reassure you.

"The EU's share of world trade is forecast to drop from 22% in 2017 to 12% by 2030"
You may be right as South America and.Asia outgrow the existing industrial societies. They are catching the modern world up with industrialisation and therefore naturally increase their GDP . Basic economics.
The U.K. built three quarters of all shipping in Victorian times until the rest of the world firstly caught us up and overtook us as they embraced modern manufacturing along with cheaper labour. Their labour costs are catching up but they still have the skill set we’ve lost. They invested. We didn’t.
Our own government today has plans in tenders to either partially or fully build naval ships abroad
So curios as to where the U.K. 2% share will shrink to? Down to 0.5% is my guess. But it’s ok we will dictate terms I’m sure. Lol |

No I’m not missing any point. To say we can be stronger alone in any shape or form is nonsense. The reality of our small country in world terms seems to be something brexiteers seem to be unable to grasp.
We will either be part of a union at some point in the future or we will be irrelevant and left behind. I’m not against closer ties with Europe. Being better off and having a safer fairer society is fine with me.
We live in an old fashioned out of date country ruled by an elite few and we think we have a say. At least the EU is more egalitarian. It’s priority is it’s citizens, what’s Jacob Reece Mogg’s priority? I dare you to say factory workers!
Oh and trading blocks have to have rules in place to make it a level playing field. This is the aim of the Asia group. So aligning subsidies and trading standards.
We do have strange morals. We buy billions of pounds of crap from China where slave labour is rumoured to be used but don’t want to be part of a group protecting food standards and workers rights. Just bizarre. |

Like I said, if the EU was just a trading block I have no doubt we would still be a member of it.
However it is no longer just a trading block.
On the Asia trading block, if China, New Zealand and Australia form an Asia Parliament feel free to say how wrong I was. |

How would you explain to the 50% of the youth in southern Europe who are unemployed that they are better off in this 'fairer' society that the EU has created? "
You’re blaming the EU for all youth unemployment? Do you remember the banking crisis.
I was in Spain in 2009/10 and youth unemployment was over 50% but has improved ever since down to 40% but still the worst in Europe. The whole EU youth average is 16% . Interestingly two of the richer countries in Europe are badly affected Sweden and Luxembourg. So your 50% of southern countries is misleading and wrong.
The figures published are not reliable as a lot of workers at this age are cash only or part time so may be recorded as both unemployed and in education. They are I agree the worst affected in society as a result of the crash.
In 2008 world unemployment rocketed with the hardest hit being new young workers who didn’t have any starts in employment. The re-generation of those jobs won’t materialise any time soon as automation replacing many manual roles means the unskilled youth have no jobs available to them.
It’s a dilemma of technological advances. When self driving cars arrive who needs a taxi driver. Look into Ocado’s warehouses and see the number of robots which have replaced people.
This isn’t a problem unique to the EU it’s a global issue. Those youths in the EU can of course move freely around Europe to the areas of lower unemployment to try and find work at any time . Sadly UK youths will no longer have such freedom.
A foot note . The banking staff bonuses are at the same levels as they were at the time of the crisis. The same wrapped up debt deals are also trading globally on housing so watch your savings. Especially if you have a U.K. account.
The Government have let it be known they wish to de regulate banking in the U.K. They will say this under a guise of reducing red tape. Beware that red tape may involve protections and standards of liquidity. Basically are they sound?
The EU insist on a level of stress tests for all banks as a result of 2008. If the U.K. don’t want to lose those safeguards for the consumer why do we need to “de-regulate”?
Nothing set in stone just discussions so far. Fingers crossed eh.

How many countries in Europe have their students starting their career with £70k or £80k in debt? Not many. Well... none as a matter of act except the UK. Not France and Germany for example (about £100 in France) where studying costs peanuts. So yes, our youngsters work at a Tesco and Weatherspoons but they are getting shafted very deeply compared to their European counterparts. But hey, in the Tory world, the only star that matters is how productive these youngsters have and how many have a job. They can have tons of debts and not be able to get on the properly ladder, who cares they have a paper. The Germans don’t. Yuppie!!!! |

We do have strange morals. We buy billions of pounds of crap from China where slave labour is rumoured to be used but don’t want to be part of a group protecting food standards and workers rights. Just bizarre.
How would you explain to the 50% of the youth in southern Europe who are unemployed that they are better off in this 'fairer' society that the EU has created?
Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.
Another thing the EU is responsible for. You’re a comic aren’t you? When you’re constipated, do you blame the EU too. I’ve seen a few one-trick poneys in my life but you’re in a league of your own. "
Actually it's Europol blaming the EU policies of ill defined borders and free movement for the exploitation of vulnerable people by organised crime groups and disreputable companies. Maybe take it up with them |

Minimum wage rules apply across Europe. Surely you know that so unlikely to be exploited as an EU citizen.
Where do U.K. youngsters go? Oh yes on a Tesco’s training scheme to get them off the numbers of unemployed. Limited choice for our children and all promoted by you and your fellow Brexit voters. . Can’t even risk being exploited!
Also we do have mega multinationals in this country so are they exploiting U.K. youngsters?

What does Europol say about the lack of social mobility in the U.K. and child poverty that has been on the rise and is one of the worst in the industrialised world? Probably the EU’s fault. Do you pick and choose the studies that suit you? What does Europol say about the appalling student debts our youngsters rack up before their career starts? What does Europol say about the tories including your Blondie rockstar being completely opposed to the minimum wage until the 90s as it would wreck the economy? |

Such as illegal immigrants. Explained by the term vulnerable. Most youth in the EU is not classed as vulnerable. The issue you’re referring to is gang master groups and people smugglers traders. Nothing to do with most of EU citizens and definitely not the fault of the EU.

You seem to be missing the point.
If the EU was just a trading block (which the UK joined EEC) I have no doubt we would still be part of it.
How would you explain to the 50% of the youth in southern Europe who are unemployed that they are better off in this 'fairer' society that the EU has created?
Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.
Also we do have mega multinationals in this country so are they exploiting U.K. youngsters?
"
Minimum wage stops kids being exploited across Europe? Are you kidding me? Who finds them the work? Finds them accommodation etc? Takes their wages? Do you not watch the news? And of course they are exploiting UK youngsters, that's why leaving the EU is a good start against it |

Another thing the EU is responsible for. You’re a comic aren’t you? When you’re constipated, do you blame the EU too. I’ve seen a few one-trick poneys in my life but you’re in a league of your own.
Actually it's Europol blaming the EU policies of ill defined borders and free movement for the exploitation of vulnerable people by organised crime groups and disreputable companies. Maybe take it up with them
What does Europol say about the lack of social mobility in the U.K. and child poverty that has been on the rise and is one of the worst in the industrialised world? Probably the EU’s fault. Do you pick and choose the studies that suit you? What does Europol say about the appalling student debts our youngsters rack up before their career starts? What does Europol say about the tories including your Blondie rockstar being completely opposed to the minimum wage until the 90s as it would wreck the economy? "
I don't know why the police would have anything to say about that but they might mention that before the referendum people from the EU were coming to this awful Tory county as workers or students in their hundreds of thousands every year and still they come in their thousands. You would wonder why they would want to wouldn't you |

This practice is nothing to do with the EU. Its rampant across the world and in case you haven’t noticed very prevalent in the U.K. especially in the bigger cities and minority communities.

People traffickers are global and exploit desperate people like Syrian refugees. So unless every third person is a policeman you won’t stop that.

I'm not talking about illegal immigrants at all, I'm talking about young and vulnerable EU citizens who are exploited by gangs and disreputable employment agencies, lured with the promises of good pay and jobs abroad but who are forced to hand over their passports and pay a percentage of their wages for the privilege of living in squalor. You think this is a small problem? Maybe look at the numbers. Is this the fault of the EU? Free movement doesn't help does it? And opportunities for UK kids? Yes, limited as part of the EU, now they will improve though |

I don't know why the police would have anything to say about that but they might mention that before the referendum people from the EU were coming to this awful Tory county as workers or students in their hundreds of thousands every year and still they come in their thousands. You would wonder why they would want to wouldn't you "
Your going to have no one left to blame now we have left the EU . |

How would you explain to the 50% of the youth in southern Europe who are unemployed that they are better off in this 'fairer' society that the EU has created?
You’re blaming the EU for all youth unemployment? Do you remember the banking crisis.
I was in Spain in 2009/10 and youth unemployment was over 50% but has improved ever since down to 40% but still the worst in Europe. The whole EU youth average is 16% . Interestingly two of the richer countries in Europe are badly affected Sweden and Luxembourg. So your 50% of southern countries is misleading and wrong.

Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.
Also we do have mega multinationals in this country so are they exploiting U.K. youngsters?
Minimum wage stops kids being exploited across Europe? Are you kidding me? Who finds them the work? Finds them accommodation etc? Takes their wages? Do you not watch the news? And of course they are exploiting UK youngsters, that's why leaving the EU is a good start against it
You’re talking about illegal immigrants and people traffickers along with gang masters. These are people off the radar not usually the kids of Europe citizens
This practice is nothing to do with the EU. Its rampant across the world and in case you haven’t noticed very prevalent in the U.K. especially in the bigger cities and minority communities.
So now it’s the EU’s fault for the same crimes India, Pakistan and Middle Eastern immigrant communities? How do you work that out as the fly here and are exploited by U.K. citizens. As far as I know they don’t stop off in Brussels first.
Recent sweat shop practices during Covid in Leicester is a good example. Again that’s U.K. nothing to do with the EU.

So back to the point on opportunities for unemployed kids in the U.K.!
Oh yes that’s a limited chat!
Because the EU is a stagnating protectionist economic area lacking innovation. A bit Trumpian really. They will improve because they have to. You will disagree of course because like most remainers you can only see one way and have a closed mind but that's fine, I can understand your fear of change |

I didn’t say it’s a small problem. Show me that statement? It’s a criminal gangs problem. Have you asked yourself why these people think there’s opportunities and become exploited? It’s because they see opportunities but have no idea how to get them. So similar to a scam website. You’re talking crime not the EU again.
You openly state in your last message and agree youth is now limited in opportunities in the U.K. why is that?

Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.
Also we do have mega multinationals in this country so are they exploiting U.K.
People traffickers are global and exploit desperate people like Syrian refugees. So unless every third person is a policeman you won’t stop that.
The poor bastards who died in that reefer truck were from the Far East and had paid people traffickers. Was that the EU’s fault too? Or was it in actual truth criminal gangs exploiting people?
So back to the point on opportunities for unemployed kids in the U.K.!
Oh yes that’s a limited chat!
Yes, limited as part of the EU, now they will improve though
Why are they limited and how will they improve?
Because the EU is a stagnating protectionist economic area lacking innovation. A bit Trumpian really. They will improve because they have to. You will disagree of course because like most remainers you can only see one way and have a closed mind but that's fine, I can understand your fear of change "
I have no fear of change but stating that it will happen ‘because it has to’ is incredibly naive . |

I’ve yet to see any financial benefits being shared for this rosy future you keep telling me is going to happen without any hard facts.

Read maybe the FT for a few weeks to open your eyes to the mess being created for business.
Boris will have fucked off to his villa in the South of France by the time people wake up to these lies so I wouldn’t bet your pension on it being a success.
Remember he will have a cracking pension and be a lord so can pop back if he needs a few quid. He can afford for it to go wrong. Can our youth? |

So after Brexit the U.K. will have none of these crimes. That’s good to know. I will sleep safely now.
We’ve had a hard border all the time as a member of the EU including the channel as a further physical obstacle and it’s not stopped these crimes being committed. So hard borders across the EU won’t make a jot of difference. It’s impossible to check every truck crossing a border. |

You seem to be missing the point.
If the EU was just a trading block (which the UK joined EEC) I have no doubt we would still be part of it.
Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.
Also we do have mega multinationals in this country so are they exploiting U.K.
Yes, limited as part of the EU, now they will improve though
I'm talking free movement and criminals taking advantage of EU policy.
Because we have been EU members for so long
So after Brexit the U.K. will have none of these crimes.
How many times? I am not talking about illegal immigration, I am talking about free movement and exploitation of people who are allowed to move legally |

I’ve yet to see any financial benefits being shared for this rosy future you keep telling me is going to happen without any hard facts.
Disregarding pro remain newspapers and Brexit newspapers . The independent predictions of our financial future will be reduced as a result of Brexit.

Yes, limited as part of the EU, now they will improve though
Why are they limited and how will they improve?
Because the EU is a stagnating protectionist economic area lacking innovation. A bit Trumpian really. They will improve because they have to. You will disagree of course because like most remainers you can only see one way and have a closed mind but that's fine, I can understand your fear of change
I’m financially sound so no fear of change at all thanks.
I’ve yet to see any financial benefits being shared for this rosy future you keep telling me is going to happen without any hard facts.
Disregarding pro remain newspapers and Brexit newspapers . The independent predictions of our financial future will be reduced as a result of Brexit.
Because the FT wasn't pro remain was it "
It is obvious why they were pro remain though

"Well I waited and true to form the pro Brexit lobby acted as I suspected.
You seem to be missing the point.
If the EU was just a trading block (which the UK joined EEC) I have no doubt we would still be part of it.
Yes those youngsters can move to other countries to depress wages there and face exploitation, brilliant. The EU, a multi nationals, modern slavers wet dream.

I'm talking free movement and criminals taking advantage of EU policy.
Because we have been EU members for so long
So after Brexit the U.K. will have none of these crimes.
How many times? I am not talking about illegal immigration, I am talking about free movement and exploitation of people who are allowed to move legally "
Show me some statistics that clearly states this is rampant with Europe citizens and the fault of the EU.
How many times do I have to say it’s criminals and that borders don’t stop them. |
