He might be. Certainly, if he was diagnosed as mentally ill, it would delay any litigation against him, wouldn't it?
If he isn't, he will do once the new POTUS has U.S. Treasury agents crawling all over him, and his family and acolytes, in a thorough investigation of any alleged financial misbehaviour in office.
Given how hard Trump went after Biden's son, it's not difficult to see him wanting to return the favour; in the interests of balance. |

Maybe he could investigate the investments Don Jr and Eric have been making in Colombian produce lately. |

This seems to be the plan. 
Talk in the papers of some in his party turning against him. He may not get the protection he wants. |
