Manchester

So finally the truth is coming out .

Leaked Government document today states The procedures needed at ports are unmanageable.

We knew Chief the customs system was stuffed years ago and know the government are claiming slight IT issues. The new system is years behind and doesn’t work.

They have also said they will ask hauliers for help.

Only 20% of exports through the channel are trucked by U.K. hauliers. I know for a fact the Border force hasn’t spoken to the European Hauliers .

Oh what fun we are going to have . Hope those drivers have plenty of sandwiches ready!

Not looking good at all, going to be such a car crash!

It amazes me to think that a fair chunk of people still think these plebs are doing a great job!

I used to feel some relief about what is happening in the US, but now it’s here

I really feel sorry for my non-existent kids & grand-kids who will have to live through this

Anybody else considering smuggling as a viable opportunity.

The good old days of booze and tobacco trips and smuggling meat and dairy products out of the Uk .

amongst other items .

What would you smuggle in or out as tax may be applied to many items soon
