"Its not quite as black and white as that. The 330 million dollars being quoted, is compensation due for the bombings of two US embassies in Africa in 1998. America holds Sudanese based terrorists responsible for these attacks. Once this compensation is paid, then the US will normalise relations with the new regime in Sudan, provide inward investment and remove Sudan from their terrorism list. " I suppose it depends on actual evidence that the Sudanese govt. supported terrorism? | |||
