It's a bizarre internet cult. Its not the easiest to explain how we got here. But they believe there's an international cabal of child traffickers, cannibals and pdf files (for real) headed up by Hilary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey and Tom Hanks among others.
Donald is the saviour who is going to expose this evil cabal and save the children.
If you made a Venn diagram of Qanon believers, anti-vaxxers, anti-maskers and alt-right types, you would have a single circle.

They are trying to bring awareness to the huge problem of human trafficking.
A couple of days ago, 39 children were rescued from trafficking in Georgia US. 9 people were arrested and the children were aged 3 to 17.
Mainstream news media ignoring this news story.
