You are assuming that a potential civil war in America will be fought between armies with tanks and artillery etc,and you rightly point out that these weapons are now obelesete,
such wars are now fought by small teams of utterly ruthless and utterly dedicated guerrillas, I don't know how the geeky guy in the desert with his high tech drones is going to stop the person who lives down the road from you who is prepared to walk up to you and cut your throat with a kitchen knife, and fuck the consequence, that is the reality of future civil wars in the western world |

you really think the powers that be would go after individuals if it decended to that.so and so lives in this house hit it and anyone else taken out is collateral damage.works in afghan iraq and syria so will work elsewhere.personaly i think shag is over exagarating myself.u might get the loons from both sides having a go at eachother while the majority of people no matter what coulour they are will just wana get on with there lives.you know like normal people |

No, we aren't. Civil unrest and an increase in violence, for sure - but not war.
Their last one happened because some states seceded from the Union and formed their own government and armies.
The pointless and catastrophic war they started - and fortunately lost - is no longer possible to repeat. There simply isn't the political or economic will for it.
Nor is there the possibility of the US military dividing against itself, or being used against the US people. Trump's own Sec. Def. has made that clear to him. |
