Have you tried tinder? If not depending on what you look for could try the backpacker bars or of like me, love Polynesian girls, then just chat to them most of the people there are friendly |

Wellington is one if the best cities in the world. For late night pubs etc, Courteney Place is where to go. Even a very good Irish pub. Cuba Street is good too. Worth visiting Te Papa Museum as well and into the earthquake house. Two roads from Napier. The coast road is more scenic. |

When I visited I did a sea kayaking trip from Kaiteriteri landing on remote beaches that were part of Abel Tasman National Park and it was fantastic
Also went to Kaikoura at the end of my trip for a few days to relax before going onto Australia. Went out on a couple of hours horse trek run by a local farmer who was having to diversify due to a drought and it was brilliant. ..real character and very interesting.
Also great restaurant on the outskirts of Kaikoura past the YHA....biggest mussels I have ever had !
Enjoy ! |

All sounds amazing although I'm not a big fan of horses but I'll look into it for sure
Enjoy !"

All good suggestions, Kaikoura for whale watching, Harington point Dunedin for albatrosses, hot spring beach and dig your own hot tub, Mount Cook, Bay of Islands, Queens Town (loads of activities to do, did downhill mountain biking, hired a Harley Davidson), see you have been to Rotorua. A must is an organised trek on Franz Josef or Fox Glacier. Pick a day with good weather - it was one of the most memorable experiences that I've ever had. Enjoy! |

Yeah the glacier is a must all right coming into winter now so starting to get cold so might set up camp in Wellington for a while undecided yet |
