New option, looking to cam today

I’ve found this option on the search page but I can’t workout how to turn it on so I show up as available to cam. Any ideas? tia

Is it real couples on cam or just male half (95%) of time .

Should be cam on permanently to enter one room and on person not wall or keyboard
