It would access the same people, as it would be silly to have a separate group for mobile, from the rest, especially as many of us use both forms of access.
Any development time and cost that doesn't improve service across the site is likely to mean that overall required improvements slip back, assuming a fixed budget etc.
It could also mean that fab doesn't have total control, as external bodies would have influences on their service availability etc. |
