My phone won’t let me see who’s nearby and I’ve dobe everything that it has said to do

What happens when you turn on Who's near?

Do you get the "Your phone couldn't give us your current position" error?

Does the location shown, match your actual location. For your given home location, it should be around 53, 0.

Location services must be enabled on you phone and you must give permission for the app to access location services, depends on you phone, Apple or android???
