Paying for supporter outside uk

Would it ever be possible to add payment by another way bar credit card like you have set up for the UK. If phone call too much hassle mabey by text message or by PayPal. I always have credit on my phone or PayPal and would make it more easier for me and hopefully others to do this way as well.

I can see why phone call and text methods wouldn't work from abroad, but is there a reason why Paypal wouldn't work?

PayPal charge for use of their service, unless you send money as Family or Friends.
