It helps to detail your phone model and browser, to get more expert help.
If you search for location issues you should be able to find other threads that have been opened, that may also help you.
Turning location off, in settings, then clearing location cache (this is the memorised location info). Restart the phone and then turn location back on.
This may help. Otherwise, a search for different web browsers in the Store for the phone Operating System, which are likely all free of charge, could allow you to try to see if location will work in another browser.
