I had this issue when I moved across to the S7 on voda. I checked the settings which seemed ok, spoke with Vodafone who assured me the content bar was off. It turned out to be an issue with the antivirus software. This also manifested as not letting me access fab except when connected via wireless due to the same thing. |

Mine was doing this. I went into settings on the browser, privacy, delete personal data, deleted locations. Then when i came back om this site the pop up came on asking for permission to use location and it worked!  |
