Push Notifications button does not work on Android phone.

Mines was working but just stopped and button does nothing

It's working on mine. But I've had to push it more than once.

Mine worked fine but after a phone reset there is no link to click on?

On my phone and tablet (both android) I've tried to enable push notifications. It shows as "off", I press to turn on and nothing happens. Maybe it be broken?
