Verification wont show

I have had an issue with verification I have had to ask for it to be done 3 times and I know that the lady in question has done it. But the verification won't show? Help?

As the previous reply. If they used the same internet conection it will not work or if your out side thier filter it will not

Depends if you are on main site or mobile...it isn't always obvious. Go to the link "my account" and look there!
