im with giffgaff aswell did pop into o2 shop and they couldent lift restriction giffgaff wont as have no driving licence or passport to prove age  |

We are on O2 and don't have any problems

All companies have ISP restrictions eg BT Smart sign up
EE Safeguard
Virgin Websafe
SKY Shield
Talk Talk Homesafe
Plusnet Safeguard
Etc
Go to your internet provider switch off your settings and try that |

Those with issues on o2, we're assuming it's an age verification problem. Because Fab is secure it doesn't show the message that o2 would like but try accessing the following page and let us know what you see:
