Site keeps "blacking out"

This has happened on and off for the last few days where whatever page I'm on, the site page seems to go black or has black pieces of the site missing.
It's really irratating if you're uploading pictures because you can't click any of the options. |

Its funny but if someone steps out of line on here mods and admin are onto them right away yet we have asked about this "blacking out" for a while now and not had any feeback about it from admin, does anyone know whats been happening?? |

It's been happening to me past few days. Just scroll up and down the page and it goes.
It may be a phone memory problem rather than a site one. Like your phone hasn't got enough space to load it all in one go
Mines due a good tune up and cache empty anyway |

Anyone with this problem can you please take a screenshot, upload as a private photo here and use the CONTACT link to let us know you've done that (and also let us know your phone type/os)
The photo will be rejected by photo mods but we'll have a look to see what's happening.

I done it early this morning but still having the same problem tonight. ..it's not constant blackouts it seems to be happening periodically  |

I just deleted the rejected pics i had, its a bit rubbish that noone has been in touch to give us an update.. like a said earlier if we had breached the rules in anyway they would be on to us lol |

I actually got a reply, so thanks Admin for taking the time and letting me know.
Hope the screens shots helped. I'm still thinking it might be Chrome but then it's happened a lot tonight and just on here. |

If you have this problem can you please also post your device type and OS?
e.g. Android Lollipop, ios9/1 or whatever device/version you're on
If you visit our fabguys.com site and register an account, do you see the same problem?

This is getting stupid now.... It's took me 6 attempts to get on the forums with the screen keep blacking out.
I have to keep pulling the screen down to refresh on every page I ho on.... It's worse today than its ever been!!! |

This isn't a problem with "the site", it looks like some sort of glitch on android 5.1.1 and chrome browser. Can you please check you have latest updates installed, close all apps, turn phone off then on.
If still problems (and without wishing to repeat ourselves) can you please try our fabguys.com site let us know if you see the same problem there

I had the problem with Samsung s4 which resolved and now happens on oneplus2.
I have rebooted my phone and updated all apps.
I personally won't be registering on fabguys.
Only happens on mobile site and not on desktop?
Pages are OK if I refresh them every so often but annoying having to do this before doing anything on the site.

Was terrible Monday evening (last night)... Drove me mad so logged off and stayed off!,
S6 chrome.... And tried all the suggested above things.... Will not register on fab guy's though!!! |

Ive been using another site on chrome without problems. Suggest it's this site and not chrome |

It is a bug with chrome/android that we are investigating. We're in the process of submitting a bug report to the chromium team and looking for workarounds.
Check you are on latest version of chrome. Try turning phone off/on. If problems persist, you will not have the problem with any other browser.
In summary: We are still working on this.

No, we'll figure a workaround and/or chrome will fix the bug.
We'll update shortly. If you do have problems, any browser other than chrome on android will work fine. Firefox should be OK if you want to try another.
