yes I have cammed on my iPhone in chat, you just need a browser called Puffin from the app store, Ive tested it in chat and it works just fine

It works fine on my android phone and tablet. Maybe to do with the power of your phone. You struggle on anything less than an iphone 5 or s4.

My s7 doesnt show my cam but i can see others....just downloaded that puffin....ill let you know if it worked for android
