BT Internet problems

Has anyone else's hit BT internet wifi or Internet security issues uploading pics and accessing webcams? I seem to be axle to see cams and upload pics when mobile but not at home through my BT homhub 5.

Any ideas anyone?

We have the homehub 5 and haven't had any problems (touch wood lol).

Have you checked your parental control settings?

Normally we just get asked to approve an adult site through the parental controls at the time but some just don't get anywhere and just get caught with a cant connect server error.

Our parental controls are "off".

Not very techy her so don't know what to advise other than giving them a ring maybe ?

Thinking about it dont ring them. Just try re-booting everything. Turn everything off and re-set it all.

Are you using Google Chrome? If so there seems to be an issue with uploading webcams. ( I'm working on it lol ). Let you know if I find a solution.

In the meantime all works well in Firefox

More like to be your firewall soft ware than home hub ad using a home hub 5 and works on for both ie and chrome.

Default you hone hub and turn off firewall and virus software just to see.
