"How can I use the look who's near search on this tablet pc with out having a mobile sim as it's just WiFi"
I don't have one, but an article I've just Googled suggests that it DOES have GPS, is that not the case?

It "shouldn't" need to be on a phone network if you have a wireless connection. Can you access the web site from it?
