I think that the wording of the "Tried all that and still not working... ? Try posting to our Mobile Web App forum for help." text could do with being changed to include "giving details of your problem".
It could also include a request for the following useful information:
Phone make + model?
Operating system?
Browser?
Do your other location apps (GPS, Maps) give your location correctly?
Have you given your browser permission to pass your location to Fab?
Etc.?
