Wonder if we could get an update from admin - it would be great to wander around the house using an Ipad using the cam on Fab. Whats the problem - something to do with Flash on Apple?
Just think of the potential for warm weather on the deck |

Apple and flash player have a problem with each other so iPad and iPhone don't play flash videos. To get over this problem u have to download a web browser with flash player. Their are a couple out there depending how much u want to pay. Most people use puffin which u can try for free for 14 days and then after it is £1.99. I hope this helps |

Try
Puffin
SkyFire
Photon Flash
Browse2Go
iSwifter
Basically flash uses too much memory and battery life and is buggier than HTML 5. Adobe have pulled Flash development for mobile devices so maybe Steve Jobs was right. |

Update: Viewable cams is possible but clunky on ipad without flash. Broadcasting your cam on ipad/iphone without a native app is not yet possible but technologies are making their way into other browsers/os's e.g. android/chrome that will allow this to happen without flash. It's something we're keeping a close eye on.
In summary, what you might see first:
Viewable cams on non-flash devices (clunky and with no sound)
Then viewable and broadcastable cams when browsers support it. Android will be first (WebRTC).
