If I'm not on wi if I can't load fab gives an error message. I'm with EE. any got any ideas thanks

Hiya op

Have you validated that you are an adult with your network provider

You can do this online via the network provider adult filter and even use the chat option and confirm with bank details, or give them a quick call and provide details....
