Think it will depend on your network - sure there is a filter that stops explicit content on some.

It will be your mobile network adult content filter. You need to either

A) contact your mobile provider and ask them to enable adult content

B) install the opera browser for iOS and enable the inbuilt VPN (free)

C) install a third party VPN (usually a monthly fee)

Often you can do it yourself by going online to the provider's web pag and changing your account settings.
