Phone location is set to on, and also set to on for the browser. Is there a specific setting for the website, and where do I find it?

Just in case anyone else is having the same issue..

At the top of the page on the Samsung browser is a little lock icon. It's beside the star bookmarking icon. When you tap on the lock, a drop down menu appears. At the bottom of the menu is a location switch.
