I'm presuming this is an Android phone?
Are you using the "stock browser", the one that came pre-installed, or have you added another? What's the name of the shortcut you click to open the browser? |

OK!
Open "Internet" and then click your menu button. Scroll down and click "Settings". Click "Privacy + Security". Scroll down to the "Location" section. Is "Enable Location" ticked? If not, Tick it. If it is already ticked, then I think you'll need to click the "Clear location access". That means that you'll be re-prompted for each website that's wants to access your location. When you try to switch on your "Who's Near", you'll get a "m.fabswingers.com wants to know your location" prompt. Click "Share location". |
