... Should probably be changed to 'who meet your requirements' as the default. At the moment you get to see the unfiltered list first, not only is it irrelevant but it's not great for privacy either. It should be a fairly easy fix...

I'm all in favour of showing filtered, matching profiles, as standard, in as many site features as possible
