Depending on your phone type and operating system, eg Android/Apple, there will be different steps to follow.
You'll need your phone settings to allow location permissions. Your web browser will need to have permission to provide it to sites requesting it. And specifically, Fab will need to be a site that has permissions to be given it.
If those things are positive, it can sometimes be worth clearing the cookies for fab from your browser. It will mean you'll have to input your ID and password again, so that it can be stored as well, potentially, to give permission to Fab to be provided with your location data.
It's worth trying to use fab from a different web browser, such as Opera, Edge etc. It could pinpoint the issue to the browser you're using. |
