It lists in order of distance so we're not sure we understand how a distance setting would be of much use? If you get to a distance in the list that doesn't interest you.... stop scrolling

Not sure if we are quite understanding what you are saying here but if it is to do with the distance of who is nearby Then we would love to use the available sattelite technology to know who is within 50 yards from you rather than within a mile!!!
