Please release an app on there or somewhere similar. I could help out if you wanted.
One issue with the current 'app' though is that the near me feature seems to pick up people many many miles away but says they are under 5 miles away..... |

How do you know that they haven't travelled to your area? |

What will having an app in the app store (google play) give you that the web app doesn't?

It will give push notifications to your phone which could be deactivated if required. However, i believe this would be a worthwhile addition and i would be willing to pay £5 for it...if you gave 30 days gold membership away with each purchase once the app was registered to an account on here.
Yes, it costs £25 to become an official Android developer and to sell on Google Play but i do think that you would easily recoup these costs and secure another revenue stream to allow further investment into the site. Plus, the app would be available to litterally millions of people who if you tagged it properly would find and join....therefore once again potentially increasing your revenues plus member base... |
