the Mobile Near By should be based upon where the other users phone IS located as opposed to where their profile is registered...

and a reason why you should consider this is just saw a profile with the following official description...

Anywhere and nowhere

It is based on where the phone is. I know cos Im chatting to someone who lives 200 miles from me, but are staying down the road. Everyone Ive looked at and spoken to as been correct
