I reset postcode but still.position unavailable how do I rectify that

Im getting the same issue position unavailable using samsung galaxy note.

Clear cached data, cleared cookies history etc...it even says allow websites to use location service enable... But still cant get it to find my position...ahhhhh lol HELP...
