has anyone else noticed a new mail envelope next to a persons profile?

i thought this was to identify someone you have mailed or has mailed you.

but its next to a couples profile for which neither of us have contacted each other.

its not there now...

my browser must have got its cache mixed up on images lol..

oh well. i thought they had added a usefull feature..
