"This is really frustrating. We can view cams but not publish our cam from our Samsung S20 phones. I guess it is somewhere in the set-up of the phone.
Please help."

You can go to the Fab app settings and click 'allow Fab application to use the camera' ...
To get there go to: Settings-applications-click on the Fab application to select it- click permitions- click allow camera
